Arthritis Foundation Exercise Classes
Rainy Lake Medical Center offers the Arthritis Foundation Exercise program. The class will begin on October 30-December 20, every Tuesday and Thursday, 10-10:45 am at the RLMC Clinic Campus. The cost is just $35 per session (every 8 weeks a new session starts).
The 8 week program was designed by physical therapists to help
- decrease arthritis pain
- relieve stiffness
- increase flexibility
- improve range of motion
