This four hour workshop meets the requirments for food manager certification renewal required by the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH). The renewal course, required every three years, provides four hours of continuing education in food safety and sanitation, emerging trends in food preparation, and handling, and a review of how to prevent food borne illnesses.
