About Us

Started in 1987, by Owner, Mary Decker. A nurse for 20 years, son, John Decker, now has managed the facilities since 2005. Decker’s Family Care, continues to be committed to providing quality resident centered care and a meaningful way of life for Residents and staff. Personal, supportive, and continuing health care that adjusts to meet each Resident’s changing needs is provided in a true Family environment, and true family care approach. Our homes that make up the families in Decker's Family Care Inc., are Ranier Roost, and Papermaker's Place. Each with their own specific and level of care, but still served by the same devoted and compassionate direct care staff.
We have two unique facilities: Ranier Roost & Papermaker's Place.
